BASIC RUNDOWN
Thanks to the Maeve, Rhys' ECHOeye implant (that gold, mismatched eye on the left there) has finally been upgraded with local network capabilities. If he was back home this would mean he'd have complete, unrestricted access to just about every dirty little secret your character keeps close to their heart-- or maybe right on their sleeve-- via one quick, focused stare, but luckily for everyone here Eros' network just isn't as great at compiling data.HOW IT WORKS

Long story short, Rhys only has access to the information you want him to. As little or as much, as damning or stupid, only what's stored here on this page counts! Which is why I've got a table below that lets you archive, update and/or screw around with Rhys' general perception of your character. Awww yeah, tables.
Rhys runs a scan of your character: the scan first analyzes your character and then cross-references it with the local network, and in a matter of seconds whatever it pulls up is displayed in a HUD that's only visible to him via the eye itself.
